Maureen Elliott captured this Savannah Sparrow while on holiday in Newfoundland. She came across it at the southwestern tip of the Avalon Peninsula in Newfoundland in the Cape St. Mary’s Ecological Reserve. The bird was foraging through the grass when he looked up for this lovely photo op.
